How it works
From intake to a reviewable clinical draft.
See how ASKLEMER is being designed to connect SOAP documentation, pattern differentiation, treatment principles, and cited point-selection support.
ASKLEMER follows the logic of acupuncture practice while organizing the result for a U.S. SOAP-note workflow. Every stage produces a suggestion or draft for practitioner review.
Intake
Structured and narrative findings enter a private workspace.
Differentiate
Candidate patterns are organized with supporting and conflicting findings.
Set principle
A treatment principle connects the assessment to the proposed plan.
Suggest points
An editable point prescription includes cited rationale for review.
ASKLEMER drafts
It structures the note, surfaces possible patterns, and suggests a rationale-backed plan.

The clinician decides
The licensed practitioner confirms, edits, rejects, or replaces every suggestion before the record is finalized.
Cited rationale
See where a suggestion came from.
Generic AI can produce plausible prose without showing its basis. ASKLEMER is being designed to retrieve relevant excerpts from a proprietary, de-identified SOAP-note corpus and connect them to a suggested pattern or point choice.
Citations are evidence for practitioner review—not proof that a suggestion fits the current patient.
Two delivery paths
Designed to work on its own or inside the clinical workflow.
Standalone website
A dedicated ASKLEMER workspace can organize Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan; retrieve cited source reasoning; and present every draft for practitioner approval.
EHR integration
Planned integrations can connect to compatible systems such as athenahealth through supported APIs, command-line tooling, or MCP interfaces. Write-back remains practitioner-approved and subject to vendor permissions.
Roadmap
Designed to fit the room—and eventually run closer to it.
Hands-free voice loop
A planned voice workflow will support capture and review during a treatment day, with explicit confirmation before anything enters the record.
Local inference units
Validated model updates are intended to run on practitioner-selected local hardware so routine inference can remain on premises.
Adjacent disciplines
The structured SOAP approach may later extend from acupuncture to massage therapy, moxibustion, and other practitioner workflows.
Roadmap features are planned concepts and may change. Each discipline requires authorized data, evaluation, and practitioner safeguards.

We’re seeking practitioners who care about both clinical nuance and documentation quality.
